Plans to cut disability benefits could breach human rights
laws, the government has been warned.
Ministers want to streamline the system and make cuts of 20% by
replacing Disability Living Allowance (DLA) with a new Personal
Independence Payment. The Government has published a consultation
paper on the proposed reform of Disability Living Allowance. Values

Responses must be sent by 14 February 2011.
