Training Weekend & AGM- March 2009
March 27th - 29th 2009 // Campanile Hotel, Glasgow

This is the Scottish Young Members Committee's regular training event for young member officers and activists. The course is designed to help (reasonably!) new Unison members to fully participate in the union, and to increase their confidence in campaigning on issues which effect young workers.

This training course requires your branch to approve your nomination.

National Young Members Weekend
8th - 10th May 2009 // Renaissance Hotel, Manchester

The Young Members' weekend is a:

• All in all ~ a great opportunity to get involved in trade union campaigning and organising

The National Young Members Weekend requires the approval of your branch, and as regions are limited to 10 delegates, this may be subject to election at the AGM.
