Agreement has been reached to increase all existing spinal column salary points by 2.5% with effect from 1 April 2006 and 1 April 2007 respectively. 2. The existing and revised spinal column salary points for Chief Officers are set out in Appendix 1 to this Circular. 3. The existing and revised single point and scale salaries specified for Chief Executives are set out in Appendix 2a and 2b of this Circular.
