Who Delivers Scottish Public Services?
One-day conference, 11th June 2007, Glasgow
After the furore of the Scottish Election whoever forms
the Executive will need to address the running of Scotland's
Public Services. Holyrood Magazine is running a conference
in the summer where key people in the public, voluntary
and private sectors will debate 'Who delivers?' these services.
Making the case for in-house delivery and democratic control
will be our own Matt Smith, and Grahame Smith, the STUC
general Secretary will also be taking part. More
