UNISON continuing negotiations to discuss the effects on salaried posts within the Recognition & Procedural agreement and discuss the present inclusion of certain posts under this agreement, eg, skillseekers and salaried posts outwith normal pay scales.

REID KERR 2.5% on all scale points 1/8/99 36¼ hr contract reduced to 35 hr week from1/4/2000. 2 addtl days annual holiday to be granted to be consolidated. An addtl non consolidated payment of £100 to be made to permanent staff in post at 1/4/2000 if College achieves operating surplus of £50,000 for financial year 1999/2000. If surplus is £100,000 or more an addtl payment of £25 will be made totalling £125. Commitment by management to begin pay negotiations as early as poss with the intention that a settlement be made by the beginning of August each year. . .
