Project overview

  • 220 Lifelong Learning Advisers have been trained in Scotland in year 2003/2004
  • 45 branches now have Lifelong Learning Advisers active within their branches
  • 13 branches have established Branch Education Teams
  • 3 Lifelong Learning Adviser networks have been established across branches on a geographical basis
  • 7 branches have agreed Lifelong Learning Policies with their employer in place
  • 4 branches are currently negotiating Lifelong Learning Policies
  • direct contact has been made with 27965 members throughout Scotland*

    *contact includes letters and publicity sent out, workplace meetings and one to one advice and guidance.
